Technical Support Service
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide technical help, but cannot guarantee all problems will be fixed or that any item will be error-free.
Standard support offers product-specific help for all current products within warranty period. Please send your request for assistance via Contact Technical Support Form.
Support Process : report your Product problems and provide the following information :
- product information including Model No. , Type No. and Serial No. (information are printed on the product serial number label)
- a detailed description of the problem including instructions to duplicate the problem
- the names and versions of any operating systems
- technical contact information (including name, phone number and email address)
We may ask Buyer to take steps/actions to see if the problem is related to the Product. You must cooperate with us reasonably during this process.
A support assistance is also closed if Buyer does not respond a request for information or status for a period of 10 working days.
We have no obligation to provide support service :
- when non-approved hardware, tools, or software have been added to the Product
- for Product damaged by, or Product failures caused by Buyer
- for problems that cannot be replicated/reproduced in running the Product in a specified configurations/specifications
